Paper Mache lamp made from recycled paper. Hand printed with the screen printing technique and hand painted. The screen printing technique has its origins in ancient China; however, it was in the 20th century when screen printing experienced a great impulse, especially with the emergence of the artistic movement known as ‘pop art’.
It is a handmade printing technique that consists of transferring images with inks through a mesh stretched over a frame. The ink is blocked in the areas where there will be no image by means of a photosensitive emulsion exposed to ultraviolet light.
Do not use water or cleaning products, simply remove dust by passing a duster or vacuuming with the vacuum cleaner brush.
