The desire to add color and design to textile materials is almost as old as humanity.

Textile printing is the process of translating drawings onto a fabric in defined patterns or designs. The origin of printing began in the East, specifically in India linked to the cotton culture, later printed fabrics arrived in the West from the seventeenth century.

Throughout the year in my workshop, I teach classes on artisanal printing and techniques related to textile crafts such as natural dyes or painting on silk. I will also teach you how to design prints, how a harmonious composition is made and the scale it should have depending on the application we want to give to our design. I'll teach you how to create your own color palette by combining primary colors so you can apply them over your prints.

As the classes are small groups, I focus on adapting them to the level of each student, so they are aimed at both advanced and beginners. The classes have a duration of 2 hours per week and you can choose between:

•  Morning classes: 10h to 12h.
•  Afternoon classes: 19h to 21h
